KBB Recruitment are proud to be working with a Large Timber Company that has over 40 stunning showrooms and also work closely with builders’ merchants. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Tiptree, Colchester.
The role will be to support the day to day administration ensuring that a excellent standard or service has been provided and maintained.
Role Responsibilities
To work within a team and undertake the duties of administration and co-ordination of customer services.
- Dealing with service requests from our installer network and customer base
- Identify the issue and find a suitable resolution. Utilising both internal and external support.
- To answer telephone calls, getting information from customers and deal directly with those queries wherever possible.
- To maintain records and databases in an accurate and professional manner.
- Book appointments/site visits with customers/engineers.
Key Skills
- Administrative experience essential
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Good with IT software and skills such as Microsoft and adobe
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK

Working Monday to Friday
Salary - £20,000 -21,500 + Company Bonus
